Ouzo '' the Greek Zen'' is a traditional Greek product.  Its main ingredient is anise, which gives a special aroma and at the same time blurs the glass when adding water or ice.   In Greece, we always consume Ouzo accompanied by savory and spicy appetizers...

Suggestion of Serving:   Served in a narrow and tall glass, ideally with ice or cold water.
